KIEV, Oct. 10 – Kiev's business court has scheduled a hearing of a claim filed by Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee asking to collect UAH 85.966 billion from Russia's Gazprom for October 31, the court announced.

Ukraine's higher business court dismissed a counterclaim of Gazprom against decisions of lower instance courts which returned without review its claim challenging the decision of Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee to fine the Russian company UAH 85.966 billion.
