KIEV, Oct. 7 – Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry has transferred 100% of shares of Naftogaz Ukrayiny to the management of the Cabinet of Ministers, the holding has said in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

Under government resolution No. 675 dated September 22, the government transferred Naftogaz Ukrainy from the ministry's management to its management.
