KYIV, Oct. 5 - Ukraine should anticipate and analyze possible risks that may arise if it introduces visas with the Russian Federation, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.

"Russia will try to complicate the visa reception procedures as much as possible, perhaps offering some forms of citizenship instead of this. Therefore, we should thoroughly analyze all these risks, and, based on this, we will make a decision. This is precisely what we see as the key element in our position," Klimkin told journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday.
