KYIV, Oct. 5 - Ukraine in October became an associate member of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) after paying a membership fee.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science, Head of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva Yuriy Klymenko handed the letter of notification of the agreement between Ukraine and the CERN to CERN CEO Fabiola Gianotti in Geneva (Switzerland).
