KIEV, Sept. 30 – Wind Power, part of DTEK Renewables operating company and managing alternative energy projects, has signed an agreement with a creditor to change the conditions for financing guaranteed by parent company DTEK Renewables B.V.

The company said that from 2012 to 2014 Wind Power received two loans from Germany's LandesBank Berlin AG in the amount of EUR 245 million to build Botieve Wind Farm. Risks were covered by export-credit agencies EKF, Euler Hermes, KUKE S.A. and private reinsurers.
