KIEV, Sept. 30 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny seeks to recover $28.3 billion in compensation from Russia’s Gazprom during a legal battle in arbitration court in Stockholm, the national energy company reported Friday.

The claim includes $18.1 billion allegedly overpaid by Naftogaz for Russian gas and $10.2 billion underpaid by Gazprom for gas transit services.
