KIEV, Sept. 29 - Full-scale lending may resume in Ukraine over the next few years, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva predicts.

"Lending will fully resume only in the next few years. Loans to individuals could be a major driver," she said during the Ukrainian Financial Forum, organized by ICU in Odessa on Thursday.

The development of the credit market is constrained by several factors, which are outside the responsibility of the central bank, she said.
