KIEV, Sept. 26 – Natural gas stocks in Ukraine's underground storage facilities have grown by 65.4%, or 5.516 billion cubic meters (bcm) since the completion of the 2015-2016 heating season.
Gas stocks in underground storage facilities expanded to 13.953 bcm by September 24 from 8.438 bcm as of April 6, 2016, PJSC Ukrtransgaz said.
On September 24, the daily average volume of gas pumped into the underground facilities was 58.1 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas, while the average daily volume on September 1-24 was 60.4 mcm.
