KIEV, Sept. 26 – The Ukrainian government has decided to hire legal advisors to protect the country's rights and interests in the dispute with Russia in the World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body.
The decision is outlined in government resolution No. 679-r dated September 22 and posted on the government's website.
"For the provision of the proper protection of Ukraine' rights and interest in the trade and economic sphere within the WTO rules, in particular, to attract legal advisors, the Cabinet of Ministers passed a resolution to apply the negotiation procurement procedure," the government said.
