MOSCOW, March 20 - Soyuz-Victan Group, one of the biggest alcohol producers in the CIS, said it plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange in the second half of 2007.

Andriy Okhlopkov, chairman of the group's supervisory board, said Soyuz-Victan is planning to place up to 20% of its shares in an IPO, according to a preliminary plan. The exact amount of the IPO will be determined closer to the date.
