KIEV, Sept. 21 – The police say they have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the murder of the director of Caparol Ukraine firm and criminal proceedings have been opened under the premeditated murder article.

"The police officers are investigating into the circumstances of a murder committed in Krushynka of Vasylkiv district. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder)," the police communications department in Kiev region reported.
