KIEV, Sept. 21 - Four companies have shown their interest in the repeat privatization auction of state-owned Odessa Port-Side Chemical Plant, head of the State Property Fund Ihor Bilous has written on his Facebook page.

"Today, there are at least four potential participants of the auction to sell the plant. There would be more of them if we cut the starting price. The more participants we have the smaller risk that the asset would be sold at a low price. Of course, we and the government would not like to have the low price. We manage the process. We have all information and we are holding negotiations with buyers. I am sure that the final price will be good with good competition," he said.
