KIEV, Sept. 20 – A delay of the repeat auction to sell Odessa Port-Side Plant with a reduced starting price could result in bankruptcy for the state-owned enterprise, State Property Fund head Ihor Bilous said.

"If the plant is not put up for sale this autumn, it will go bankrupt. We understand that we need to announce the auction and reduce the starting price," he wrote on his Facebook page on Monday.
