KIEV, Sept. 16 – The European Union and Denmark will allocate EUR 16 million to support three initiatives on combating corruption in Ukraine.

"An ambitious package of anti-corruption laws has been adopted in Ukraine and the European Union has decided to support the government in implementing the measures to fight corruption. Therefore the EU has decided to allocate more than EUR 16 million for this initiative," European Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Johannes Hahn has said.
