KIEV, Sept. 16 - The International Monetary Fund says Ukraine is negotiating its $3 billion eurobond debt with Russia in good faith.
The IMF's board of executives has verified whether Ukraine's attempts to settle the debt are in good faith as defined by the Policy on Non-Toleration of Arrears to Official Creditors and decided that they fully comply, Director of the IMF Communications Department Gerry Rice told a briefing in Washington.
