KIEV, Sept. 14 - President Petro Poroshenko on Friday will open the 13th annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy "The World, Europe and Ukraine : Storms of Changes," the presidential press service reported.

Poroshenko’s introductory speech will be followed by the debate of speakers and participants in the forum with the Ukrainian head of state.

According to the YES press service, the 13th YES annual meeting will be held in Kiev on September 15-17.
