KIEV, Sept. 12 – Construction of Nord Stream 2 is politically motivated and is not a commercial project of Russia, head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny Andriy Kobolev believes.

"Not only Ukraine, but also Central and Eastern Europe, would feel the negative impact. Russia again uses the divide and rule tactics. First it divides European countries setting different prices of gas, and then it proposes more favorable prices to those who suffered most of all in exchange to political concessions," the press service of BBC reported, referring to the Kobolev's interview.
