KIEV, March 17 ??“ PromBudSklo Ltd., a major Ukrainian glass producer, signed an agreement with Ianua Engineering, a branch of Italy's Ianua S.p.A., to build a float-glass factory, Interfax-Ukraine reported Thursday citing an industry source.

The factory will produce 2.3 million square meters of glass a year, and investments in the project are projected at $26.4 million, the news agency reported.
