KIEV, Sept. 8 – Deputy Prosecutor General and head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine (SAP) Nazar Kholodnytsky has instructed the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to analyze information about acquisition of an apartment by MP Serhiy Leschenko (Petro Poroshenko Bloc) and reports on the results by September 16.

"I have ordered NABU to check information spread in media regarding the lawfulness of acquisition of an apartment in Kiev by MP Leschenko. If traces of crime are established, the anti-corruption agencies would take all measures to punish guilty persons," Kholodnytsky wrote on his Facebook page.

He posted a copy of the address to NABU Director Artem Sytnyk.
