MINSK, March 16 - A contract on delivery of Belarusian gasoline and diesel fuel to Ukraine may be signed in mid-April, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko told Interfax.

"We are discussing the issue, but you should realize that we are not the problem. They are wrapped up in politics [preparations for the parliamentary elections], Ukraine has an acting government and the decisions of this government are not taken very seriously," he said.
