KIEV, Sept. 2 - Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko will pay a working visit to Japan from September 2 until September 8, where he is to hold a meeting aimed to at receiving a loan in the amount of ¥108 billion ($1.042 billion) loan for the reconstruction of Bortnychi sewage treatment plant.

"Vitali Klitschko will meet with President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Shinichi Kitaoka in Japan. JICA must provide Ukraine a loan amounting to 108 billion yens for the reconstruction of Bortnychi sewage treatment plant. The mayor of Kiev is scheduled to meet with the Marubeni Company's top leaders – the contractor that will perform works on the reconstruction of the Bortnychi sewage treatment plant; the statement goes published on Klitschko's Facebook page on Friday.
