KIEV, March 16 ??“ Parliament on Wednesday ratified a $20 million credit agreement between Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the implementation of energy saving projects.

A total of 292 MPs backed the ratification bill. The agreement was signed by Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk and by the EBRD business-group head Olivier DeChamps on Oct. 21, 2005.
