KIEV, Aug. 31 - Ukraine is to officially launch on September 1 a delayed online system that monitors the incomes and assets of government officials.

Leonid Yevdochenko, the head of the Special Communications and Information Protection Service, announced on August 31 that the body issued a certificate of compliance for the electronic-declaration system, saying it fully complies with security requirements.
