KIEV, Aug. 29 - Bank Credit Agricole signed an amendment agreement to the loan facility agreement with DE Milkiland-Ukraine and three agricultural subsidiaries of the Milkiland group of companies on debt restructuring totaling $14.456 (EUR13.1 million).

"According to the amendment agreement, signed on July 4, the repayment term is extended until June 30, 2019, lowered interest rates were applied to the borrower’s indebtedness," the company said in its report of the Board of Directors on operations in the first half of 2016.
