KIEV, Aug. 26 – U.S. Halliburton would take part in a pilot project to digitize geological information in Ukraine, the State Service for Geology and Deposits of Ukraine reported after a meeting with representatives of Halliburton.

"The sides have reached arrangements and determined clear steps to implement a pilot project to digitize geological information in Ukraine," the authority said in a press release posted on its website.

The meeting was a result of three-month talks on possible cooperation.
