KIEV, Aug. 11 – Production at Severodonetsk Azot (Luhansk region) could be resumed no earlier than next year, Yuriy Harbuz, head of Luhansk Regional Military and Civil Administration, said in an interview with Holos Ukrayiny newspaper.
"Unfortunately, we cannot launch the plant. We have some agreements until we have reserve power supplies. The closest prospect for solving the problem is the end of this year. Now a 200 kV power line going from Schastia to Mykhailivka is being repaired. As everyone knows power lines do not work due to line breaks and the impossibility of repairing them due to permanent shelling by militants," he said.
