KIEV, Aug. 5 – Direct expenses of farmers have grown by 30% due to restrictions imposed by the State Automobile Roads Agency (Ukravtodor) on transportation by road.

"Direct expenses grew by some 30% compared to the previous year. Along with direct expenses, there are more serious consequences," Director General of HarvEast Group Dmytro Skorniakov wrote on his Facebook page.
