KIEV, Aug. 4 - The launch of an electronic declaration system, scheduled for August 15, a key demand of the International Monetary Fund, may not happen on time, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry admitted.

"The launch of this electronic system is connected, in particular, with the next tranche of the IMF," Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine for European Integration Olena Zerkal said on the air of Channel Five.

Zerkal expressed hope the system will be launched on time.
