KIEV, Aug. 3 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman has said that the starting price of Odessa Port-Side Chemical Plant was set too high but expressed confidence that the State Property Fund would make it possible to re-launch the failed tender to sell the plant.
"I think that the most important problem is the price of the enterprise. The Ukrainian appraiser set it. When we came to the government, the appraisal had been approved and we did not have grounds to change it," Hroysman said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
