KIEV, March 14 - Soyuz-Victan Group, a major Ukrainian alcohol producer, plans to issue Eurobonds in 2006 to raise funds for the purchase of its second liquor and vodka distillery in Russia.

"I think we'll have our second production facility in Russia by the fall," Andriy Okhlopkov, chairman of the company's supervisory board, said Monday.
