KIEV, Aug. 3 – National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva and Deputy NBU Governor Dmytro Solohub met newly appointed World Bank Country Director for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine Satu Kahkonen, the NBU wrote on its Facebook page.

According to the report, during a first visit of Kahkonen as World Bank Country Director the meeting participants first paid attention to the key aspects of cooperation between the NBU and the World Bank. The sides also discussed the importance of completion of the second revision of the IMF-funded Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program.
