KIEV, Aug. 2 – The total volume of road destruction in Donetsk and Luhansk regions is almost 2,000 km and the restoration will require more than UAH 7 billion, Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion said.

"The amount of funds for road restoration is estimated at billions of hryvnias. This is about UAH 7 billion," he said in an interview with the Holos Ukrainy newspaper.

According to him, the railway facilities were also significantly affected as a result of fighting.
