KIEV, Aug. 1 – Ukraine's State Service of Exports Control has denied accusations of blocking humanitarian supplies of liquid chlorine by UNICEF to treat drinking water in Luhansk region.
According to a statement posted on the authority's website, at a meeting of the authority on July 1 top managers of Aulska chlorine station LLC (Dnipropetrovsk region) got explanations on the procedure for transferring liquid chlorine to Popasna vodokanal (Luhansk region) without applying the exports control procedure or applying the procedure with participation of UNICEF.
