KIEV, Aug. 1 – The Pechersky district court in Kiev has decided to arrest accounts of Fozzy-Food LLC (Vyshneve, Kiev region), part of Fozzy Group and developing the Silpo food supermarket chain in Ukraine. The accounts were arrested to secure the implementation of the company’s credit liabilities to VTB Bank (Kiev).

The case concerns a credit agreement signed in 2007. The total debt of Fozzy-Food to VTB Bank is UAH 302.48 million.

The court partially satisfied the bank's claim and ordered to arrest funds on any accounts of Fozzy-Food LLC within UAH 239.13 million.
