KIEV, July 28 - Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry has permitted Naftogaz Ukrayiny to sign an agreement to supply 45 million cubic meters of gas for UAH 302.6 million to Odessa Port-Side Chemical Plant, the holding has reported.
