KIEV, July 22 - Ukraine delayed by two months restart of the reactor No. 1 at the Khmelnytskiy Nuclear Power Plant, Energoatom, the state-owned nuclear power generating company, said Friday.

The reactor was shut down on July 16 for a minor repair that was originally supposed to take five days.

The announcement came one day after Energoatom denied a report from Andriy Artemenko, a lawmaker from the Radical Party, that the unit had a serious accident.
