KIEV, July 19 – Ukrgazvydobuvannia on July 15 filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce to terminate a joint operations agreement between Karpatygaz LLC and Misen Enterprises AB and to collect losses, the company reported on Monday.

"We applied to the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce asking to initiate the arbitration on the termination of the joint operations agreement only after holding pretrial negotiations and consultations with Karpatygaz LLC and Misen Enterprises AB held in line with the conditions of the agreement. During the negotiations the sides failed to reach consensus on all disputable issues and the negotiations failed to result in settling the dispute. On July 15, 2016, the company applied to the Arbitration Institute," Law Director at Ukrgazvydobuvannia Olena Kobets said.
