KIEV, July 15 – The Ukrainian Energy and Coal Ministry assures it will maintain Ukraine's power grids without power cuts amid electricity consumption peaks due to the heat, but says it is necessary to create an anti-crisis headquarters to ease decision-making, Minister Ihor Nasalyk said.
"We don't import a single kWh of electricity. We don't use oil and gas blocks, neither do we resort to rolling power cuts. I can assure that this will be the same way," he said on NewsOne on Thursday evening.
