KIEV, July 12 – Capitalization of listing companies of the Ukrainian stock market as of June 30 reached UAH 26.35 billion, 94.7% down from June 2015, the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine has reported on its website.
The commission said that the indicator mainly fell in July 2015: by the end of the month capitalization of companies fell to UAH 131.19 billion, as the regulator made some decisions to terminate circulation of some securities at any stock exchange. Later, by the end of October 2015, capitalization halved.
Trading with securities in January-June 2016 totaled UAH 109.55 billion, and this was 40.58% down year-over-year.
