KIEV, March 10 ??“ Ukrainian gasoline traders criticized a recent plan for creating strategic oil and fuel reserves that has been drafted by a group of European Commission consultants, Interfax-Ukraine reported.

Dmytro Herasymov, the commercial director of Lviv-based Galnaftogaz Concern, one of the biggest gasoline retailers, said it would difficult to manage the suggested 90-day reserves.
