MOSCOW, July 12 – Moscow's arbitration court on June 28 issued a decision under a claim to protect business reputation of Russia's TVEL against Ukrainian Delo.ua online portal (Ekonomika publishing house LLC) and Westinghouse company, the fuel company has reported.

In the interview of Westinghouse Vice President Michael E. Kirst to Delo.ua published on June 23, 2014, it was alleged that damage of Westinghouse fuel assemblies were linked not to low-quality characteristics of U.S. fuel, but deformation of Russian fuel assemblies in the mixed reactor zone at the nuclear power plant.
