KIEV, July 1 - Unilever, one of the world's leading manufacturers of consumer goods, on July 1 opened a tea factory with a capacity of 2,000 tons of tea per year in Hostomel (Kiev region).

Total investment in the factory and a warehouse area of 9,000 square meters amounted to EUR8.3 million. The company will produce tea under the Lipton, Brooke Bond and Besida brands.
