KIEV, June 24 – The Russian Federation in the person of the Russian Embassy in Ukraine has officially received a court decision to arrest $3 billion of the loan of the Russian Federation taken in December 2013 when Viktor Yanukovych was Ukrainian president and to prohibit public agencies from making any payments under the loan.

The press service of Batkivschyna Party reported on Thursday, referring to a member of the political council of the party and Chairman of the Sila Prava team Andriy Senchenko, the confirmation arrived to the Holosiyivsky district court of Kiev on June 22.
