ODESSA, June 24 – The Black Sea region in the 2016/17 agricultural year (July-June) will send 42 million tons of wheat and 23 million tons of corn for exports, while in 2015/16 the indicators were 45 million tons and 22.8 million tons, respectively.
Head for Europe and Black Sea Grains at S&P Global Platts Andrei Agapi gave the forecast to Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of Grain Ukraine 2016 conference held in Odessa. He said that the forecast includes data from Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria.
