KIEV, June 24 – The Batkivschyna faction in Parliament headed by Yulia Tymoshenko has filed lawsuits to the district administrative court against Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers and the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) over the unlawful increase of housing and utilities tariffs for households.

"This will be two lawsuits. One is against Hroysman's Cabinet [Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman] and the second is against the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation," Tymoshenko told reporters in Kiev on Thursday.
