KIEV, June 10 – Ukraine, Georgia and Kosovo's visa-free access to the European Union has been delayed until September and the EU's biggest member states are raising new concerns, pushing approval to September at the earliest, according to The Wall Street Journal.

"EU officials and diplomats now say that September appears to be the earliest date that EU governments and the European Parliament could sign off the agreements," The WSJ wrote with reference to European sources.
