KIEV, June 9 – The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to create an interagency target center and 20 mobile groups to combat corruption at customs offices under auspices of the Finance Ministry and introduced obligatory photo and video recording of customs clearance.

The decision was made at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

According to a posting on the government's website, the center will permanently coordinate actions of mobile groups consisting of representatives of the State Fiscal Service, State Border Service and National Police.
