KIEV, Mar. 3 ??“ Regal Petroleum, a small British-registered oil company, has won a court ruling against state-owned Nadra Ukrayiny in an ownership dispute over two natural gas wells, Interfax-Ukraine reported citing a the company??™s lawyers.
The Supreme Court ruling backed an earlier court ruling that had left the wells under the control of the British company in August 1995 in its dispute with Nadra??™s subsidiary. Regal was also supposed to pay the subsidiary, ChernihivNaftogazGeologia, a compensation of UAH 15.79 mln in the settlement, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
