KIEV/ARKHANGELSK/ST. PETERSBURG, May 27 – Kyivsky cardboard and paper mill, part of Pulp Mill Holding GmbH, has become independent of Russian paper waste. The mill uses alternative paper waste from Ukrainian and European markets, the company reported.

"In the four months of the ban to export paper waste from Russia the mill has managed not only to avoid a shortage of materials, but expand stocks at own warehouses," the company said in a press release.
