KIEV, Mar. 3 - Azovmash, one of Ukraine's largest heavy machinery companies, will deliver a 350-tonne converter to Russia's Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) by the end of 2006, an Azovmash spokesman told Interfax, citing a recently signed contract.

He did not specify the value of the contract, but said Azovmash and MMK are carrying out a cooperation program under which the Ukrainian plant supplied about 15 pieces of equipment to the Russian steelmaker in 2005, including teeming ladle cars, slag and scrap cars.
